Forestal Park Tenerife is one of the top things to do in Tenerife. It offers the unique experience of leaping off Tarzan Swings and flying down ziplines at the gates of Teide National Park. A leisure activity for everyone in the heights, surrounded by canary pines and a splendid landscape full of biodiversity in the protected area of Las Lagunetas, in the town of El Rosario.

Come on your own, bring a group or your entire family for a unique, fun and bonding experience, or have a party or event. Take a journey and explore the outdoors like never before. Getting in touch with nature, adventure sports and a lot of fun in Forestal Park Tenerife treetops.

Enjoy two to four hours in the trees taking on Zip Wires, Tarzan Swings, Rope Ladders and a variety of obstacles and crossings as you navigate the high ropes course.

No experience or skill is required, just a desire to have fun and be adventurous.
On arrival, you check in at the cabin with reception Forestal Park Tenerife team - as advised at time of booking, you should arrive 20 minutes before your start time to get the paperwork sorted.
You will receive a 30 minute safety briefing and training from an instructor before you start the course. After that you’re on your own, free to swing through the trees. Of course, instructors are always on hand, regularly patrolling the forests.
Forestal Park Tenerife operate a continuous belay system at all our Tree Top Circuits. On continuous belay courses you will always be attached. So, don't worry about the safety, let's have a lot of fun!
We recommend participants check the weather before arriving and dress appropriately for the conditions.
Please wear appropriate footwear with soles with good grips. No sandals or slip-off shoes. You’ll need closed toe and heel shoes (with flat soles). Long hair must be tied back.
Some participants like to wear half hand gloves, especially if it’s cold or your hands are sensitive. Half hand gloves are available for purchase at Forestal Park Tenerife.
Phones and cameras are permitted, as long as they always stay attached to the participant.
If you need to take glasses they must be attached.
Parking is free on-site. Some sites are able to store small items that cannot be left securely in a vehicle, but there are limited spaces. Forestal Park Tenerife cannot accept liability of any items lost or damaged whilst in our care. We recommend you leave valuable items at home/hotel.
